Colourful Sunday Dishes!!!




On your Sunday morning we have this question for you, do you love and have passion of preparing ideal bowls?? Well if you do, we got you covered this Sunday morning with fresh Apple Salad with Honey Yogurt Dressing. Try the best and amazing dishes you've never tried before 

This is a breakfast starter pack on Sunday, however main breakfast dish can be prepared alongside the starter 

Ingredients:

- 3 green and red apples
- 1/2 cup toasted and chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, shredded
- 6 cups of mixed vegetables (spinach, arugula and romaine)

For the honey yogurt dressing:

- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

1. In a large salad bowl, combine sliced apples, walnuts, dried cranberries, feta cheese and mixed veggies.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper until smooth.
3. Add the dressing over the salad and serve immediately, ensuring the apples and greens are well coated with the dressing for a richer flavor.
