Ingredients:
For the Chicken Bites:
500g boneless chicken breast, cut into bite-size chunks
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
Sticky Glaze Sauce:
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chili sauce or sriracha (adjust to taste)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp butter
For the Creamy Garlic Pasta:
300g rotini pasta
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp butter
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan
Parsley, for garnish
Salt, black pepper, chili flakes to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta:
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente.
Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare Chicken Bites:
In a bowl, season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cornstarch.
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
3. Make Sticky Glaze:
In the same pan, add butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
Add honey, soy sauce, and chili sauce. Let it bubble and thicken slightly.
Toss the cooked chicken in the glaze. Cook 2–3 minutes until sticky and glossy.
4. Creamy Garlic Sauce:
In another pan, melt butter and sauté garlic.
Add cream, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
Simmer, then add parmesan and stir until creamy.
Mix in cooked rotini pasta. Coat well with the sauce.
