Thabong Football Club has kicked off a spirited soccer tournament at the Huhudi Stadium, bringing together 12 teams from the Masters League in celebration of Youth Month.
The event was part of Thabong FC’s initiative to honour the legacy of June 16 through sport and community engagement.
According to the tournament organiser, Malebo Oliphant, the tournament aimed to promote unity, healthy living, and intergenerational exchange through football.
The competition featured seasoned players and community favourites from across the region, drawing strong support from local fans. The tournament concluded on Saturday, 15 June, with what was an exciting final match at Huhudi Stadium.
