Commissioners at the Madlanga Commission suspect that Fadiel Adams was roped into a scheme against senior crime intelligence officers involving the investigating directorate against corruption.
Adams concluded his three-day testimony on Friday with plans to submit a supplementary affidavit.
His criminal complaints in 2024 formed the basis of IDAC's charges against general Dumisani Khumalo and others over the appointment of brigadier Dineo Mokwele.
The charges have since been withdrawn.
Adams' original complaints comprised alleged irregular expenditure by the PKTT and crime intelligence.
But this never made it into the affidavit the entity's Dylan Perumal made Adams sign during a suspicious late-night visit to his home last year.
"He says to you the advocate does not like the affidavit you prepared, they want to give you different ones".
The supplementary affidavit contained the complaint against brigadier Mokwele who Adams said he didn't know.
"So if you don't know her as MS Mokwele, how would they know?," said Ncube.
"This is not my typing," said Adams.
Adams claims he was determined to pursue his cases against the PKTT.
"You were willing to do anything to help IDAC succeed however improper.
"Not anything commissioner but there are things I was willing to close my eyes to get to the end result," said Adams.
Meanwhile he conceded to being untruthful on multiple accounts to IDAC, the Ad Hoc committee and the commission.
