It's lunch time and look what we got for you, the White Rice with Goat Meat & Potato Stew
No need to think hard when you get into your kitchen. The stew dish serves as lunch for the entire family, the dish had been prepared with fresh mixed spices and ingredients, something you'd wanna try when you get into your kitchen
This lunch dish has been prepared with Seasoning (salt, curry, thyme, bouillon)
Ingredients:
1 cup white rice (cooked)
500g goat meat (cubed)
2–3 medium potatoes (peeled & chopped)
1 onion, chopped
2 blended tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato paste
Seasoning (salt, curry, thyme, bouillon)
Instructions:
1. Boil goat meat with onions and seasoning until tender.
2. In oil, fry tomato paste, blended tomatoes, and seasonings until thick.
3. Add cooked goat meat and potatoes, simmer until potatoes are soft.
4. Serve stew over steamed white rice.
