It's lunch time and we're rolling out Grilled Lamb Chops – Juicy and tender with a smoky char  

Prepare lunch that everyone  will love. The lunch dish has been prepared with fresh mixed spices, honey and hot street style flavours


 Herbed Rice – Fluffy rice with fresh herbs like parsley

 Mixed Veggies in Tomato Sauce – Carrots, corn, green beans, and peas in a savory tomato mix

 Spicy Tomato Sauce – On the side for extra flavor

 Red Kidney Beans – A tasty touch for texture and color

Grilled Lamb Chops Recipe 
Ingredients:

6 lamb chops

2 tbsp olive oil 

2 garlic cloves, minced 

1 tsp paprika 

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp dried thyme 

Salt & pepper to taste 

1 tbsp lemon juice 

Instructions:

Mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, cumin, thyme, salt, pepper & lemon juice in a bowl.

Rub this marinade all over the lamb chops. Let them rest for at least 30 mins (overnight is even better!) 

Heat a grill pan or BBQ over medium-high heat.

Grill each chop for about 3–4 minutes per side until perfectly cooked and nicely charred.

Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
