The copper cable, estimated to be valued at one hundred and fifty thousand rands (R150 000) and weighing 766 kilograms, was positively identified and seized
Four male suspects aged between 25 and 38 were subsequently arrested for tampering with, damaging and/or destroying essential infrastructure and possession of suspected stolen property.
