Colourful Saturday Dishes!!!


   Start your day with a  healthy bowl with fresh fruit and nuts! This is a very easy and quick to make breakfast that will keep you full until lunchtime.

The Creamy Fruit Salad is a very healthy superfood. It’s packed with proteins, minerals, and nutrients. So if you’re getting bored of oatmeal for breakfast every morning, then mixed fruits are a must try!


This morning bowl is perfect for meal prep, make a large batch and have it in the mornings throughout the weekend. All you’ll have to do is add condensed milk, and your favorite toppings and you’re good to go

Ingredients:

1 banana, sliced

1 mango, diced

1 cup strawberries, halved

1 cup mixed fruits (optional)

1/2 cup condensed milk

1/2 cup cream or yogurt

Instructions:

1. Mix all chopped fruits in a bowl.

2. Add condensed milk and cream.
3. Toss gently to coat.
4. Chill and serve cold.
