Classic Banana Pudding for breakfast serves as your Saturday breakfast bowl. The bowl has been prepared with
instant vanilla pudding mix, heavy whipping cream and bananas plus the zest for quality taste into the breakfast bowl
Ingredients:
1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1½ cups heavy whipping cream
1 box vanilla wafer cookies (Nilla Wafers)
4-5 ripe bananas, sliced
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the pudding:
In a large bowl, whisk the pudding mix with cold milk. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
2. Mix with condensed milk:
Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. Whip the cream:
In another bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Fold it into the pudding mixture.
4. Layer the dessert:
In a large dish, layer vanilla wafers, banana slices, and pudding. Repeat the layers, ending with pudding on top.
5. Chill and serve:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Garnish with crushed cookies or extra bananas before serving.
