It's lunch time and we're rolling Mogodu/Tripe
Prepare lunch that everyone will love. The mogudu lunch dish has been prepared with fresh mixed spices, honey and hot street style flavours
Onion chopped
Paprika
Beef stock
Seven colours grill seasoning
Salt and pepper
Oil
Chilli flakes
Water
Clean your tripe, add water, beef stock into the pot
Cook until soft
Remove and set aside
On the same pot add oil, onions, paprika, seven colours grill seasoning, add back cooked and drained tripe, salt and pepper and chilli flakes
Enjoy!
