The Ultimate Cheese Hug

For a breakfast starter pack, no need to fill in your stomach with tons of food
Ingredients used to prepare this breakfast are healthy and supreme
Start off your weekend on high note because what fill your stomach with in your morning, it is what determines your day ahead
Ingredients:
1.5 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons mayonnaise, keto-friendly
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/4 cup banana peppers, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
6 ounces cheese of choice (non-American), shredded
4 ounces turkey, sliced
4 ounces salami, sliced
Oregano (to taste)
Red pepper flakes (to taste)
Salt & pepper (to taste)
Optional Add-Ins:
Avocado slices
Bacon bits
Banana pepper juice
Chopped almonds
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine the shredded iceberg lettuce, red onion, mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, banana peppers, and minced garlic. Mix well and set aside.
On the prepared baking sheet, create two large circles with the shredded cheese, making sure they are about 6 inches in diameter. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Remove the cheese from the oven and let it cool for a minute. Carefully lift each cheese circle off the parchment paper and place it on a plate.
Layer the turkey and salami on top of each cheese circle. Spoon the prepared salad mixture over the meat, then sprinkle with oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to taste.
Fold the cheese wrap over the filling to create a ""hug"" around the salad.
