Wolmaransstad - Quick Bopha Security has allegedly not paid it's personnel their salaries for over 3 months
An anonymous whistleblower took to social media to voice their concerns over non-payments of security personnel at Quick Bopha in Maquassi Hills
According to reports, since from December 2025 until February 2026, security personnel have not received their salaries
Quick Bopha in a statement notified it's security personnel of delayed payments due to non-payment from their client(s)
The security company highlighted the fact that, the non-payment from their client which is the Department of Arts, Culture, Sports and Recreation in the North West - ACSR has been communicated with to try and understand the delaying in paying
Quick Bopha mentioned that they sent out a communication to ACSR to immediate on the non-payment issue
The security company says, it's been 2 months since they have not paid their personnel
"Dear team, we are writing to inform you that there has been am unexpected delay in the processing of salaries for the month of January and February. This delay is due to non-payment of invoices for both months. The HR Department sent out communication during our payment follow up with ACSR that they will send out a communication circular to us to explain the reason of delayed invoice payment to all Security Service Providers. This leads again to the company not having a clear and specific date of outstanding salary payments" - Quick Bopha Security
However, the anonymous whistleblower stated otherwise. The whistleblower reported that, it's been 3 months since Quick Bopha did not pay it's personnel
" I hearby write this with a broken heart, Quick Bopha Security has 3 months without paying it's personnel. Now it's heading to 4 months without payments. Even the company does not care about his employees. Some of the employees have had their furniture taken away due to their non-payments of monthly instalments" -An anonymous whistleblower
The anonymous whistleblower has also alleged that, Quick Bopha has been deducting an amount of R470 for Provident Fund and UIF payments from the accounts of the employees
"Quick Bopha has also been deducting an amount of R470 for Provident Fund and UIF from the accounts of the employees, when they head to PSSPF to check themselves they don't appear on the data base" - An anonymous whistleblower
Quick Bopha in closing on their statement they apologised to its personnel for inconvenience caused
"We understand the importance of timely payments and sincerely apologise for the frustration inconvenience this may cause. We are working actively to resolve this and expect all payments to be completed as soon as possible" - Quick Bopha Security
