The ANC Youth League President Collen Malatji adressed delegates at the 10th ANCYL North West provincial conference in Rustenburg, after experiencing several setbacks and delays.
Malatji was scheduled to deliver an opening address of the conference, that speaks about the league's vision of achieving industrialisation, on Sunday, 27 April
Amongst other things, the convener of the Provincial Task Team (PTT), Wessels Morweng and the coordinator of the Provincial Task Team (PTT), Tshiamo Tsotetsi have presented political reports, before the presentation of Malatji.
Voting for leaders who are occupy the ANCYL's top leadership structure took place after Malatji's address.
